• WADI (small orchard) Program is supported by NABARD to cover the horticultural tree  plantation and maintenance. Soil conservation, water resource development, training and capacity building, women participation and community health of the communities covering under WADI areas are the major objectives of WADI project. 500 acres of unproductive barren lands of tribal families are taken under consideration with an aim of  reducing the migration of tribal people to urban centres by providing them livelihood and by generating income opportunities. The additional benefits of this project includes fuel wood, timber and cattle fodder for the tribal families.
  • The Project WADI under Tribal Development Fund (TDF) was initiated at block Mohammad Bazar under Birbhum District of West Bengal in the year 2010 – 2011. It was successfully  completed and Considering its success the organization has been given the opportunity to spread it in four other blocks such as Nalhati, Murarai, Dubrajpur and Rampurhat by NABARD. There after the organization has considered to take up WADI project in Pakur district of Jharkhand in 2019-20.
